On a beautiful walk. 70 degrees. Life is wonderful and stress free.

This is so wonderful.  Amazing.  Sad and Happy.

How you can shatter and remove traffic jams on the freeway all by yourself with your driving, Zen Warrior style!

16+ mile walk today completed!   Susan G Koman 3-Day, here I come!  I have until Nov 5 to get trained up to walk 20 miles a day for three days.  Based on how I feel right now, I don’t think that is possible, but I have a couple months.  Gonna wait until the end of Sept to register for sure.  Want to make sure I don’t injure myself … .
